1. Introduction

2. Ordering & Checkout

*You may select a product, proceed to checkout, and complete payment directly.

*You are responsible for providing correct information during checkout to ensure successful delivery.

*Personal data is processed according to these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Product Purchase & Delivery

* Select products, add to bag, and proceed to checkout.

* Delivery within Georgia: 2–3 business days (standard).

* You must accept delivery at the specified address. Reshipment due to your absence will be at your expense.

4. Payment & Refunds

* Payments are accepted via MasterCard and bank transfer.

* Bank Transfer: After selecting this option at checkout, you will receive our bank details. The order will be confirmed once the payment is completed and the transfer is verified by our bank. Customers are requested to include the name of the watch model in the “Payment Purpose/Reference” field and to email the payment receipt after completing the transfer.

* Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days

* International shipments may include import/customs fees payable by the Customer

5. Right to Cancel / Returns

* You may cancel and return a product within 14 days of delivery, except for custom-made items.

* Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and documents.

* Return shipping is covered by the Company only if the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty

Our 18-month warranty ensures peace of mind against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

* Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or customer actions

* Expired warranty period

* Unauthorized repairs or modifications

7. Right to Refuse Sale

LUKHAVA 111 LLC reserves the right to refuse the sale of products to any customer or in any country at its sole discretion, without the need to provide a reason.

* Data collected: name, surname, email, phone, delivery address, country.

* Data is used for order processing and service delivery.

* Cookies are used for website functionality and improving user experience.

9. Waiting List / Pre-Order

If a product is out of stock, you may join our waiting list by contacting us via email. To secure your order, a 30% prepayment is required, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt.
Estimated delivery time is a minimum of 4 months.

10. Limitation of Liability

LUKHAVA 111 LLC is not responsible for delays, errors, or damages caused by incorrect customer information, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Force Majeure

LUKHAVA 111 LLC shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, or government restrictions.

12. User Obligations

Users must:

* Any disputes will be resolved under Georgian law.
